I grew up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and love eating oysters.  While I am partial to local oysters, other place have some tasty bivalves too.  To celebrate this diversity, we created this map with 125 varieties of oysters across the Pacific, Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.
